Langford Business Center is committed to the health of our team, our visitors, and our community. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have health and safety, along with thorough cleaning measures, in place to ensure all our workspaces, meeting rooms and common areas are a safe, comfortable, and productive workspace for everyone. At the Langford Business Center, we have implemented the following measures.

SANITIZING STATIONS

Thorough hand washing is one of the best defenses against the spread of illness. All visitors must wash their hands upon arrival and throughout the day to prevent pathogens from entering the space. Hand sanitizing stations are easily accessible and are sanitized and refilled as often as required. This is for use in between handwashing, not to replace hand washing. Practice other good hygiene habits: do not touch your face/eyes/mouth with your hands and cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze or cough with a disposable tissue or the crease of your elbow. Tissues will be available throughout the center. Wash your hands after you sneeze or cough. Be wise and sanitize!

MASKS

The use of masks is optional at the Langford Business Center as we want everyone to be comfortable. Disposable masks are available in the event that a visitor would like one.

DENSITY

The Langford Business Center has been designed with a priority on personal space. Whether you choose a hot desk or a private office, know that your workspace is a safe space. Our hot desks are single-occupancy workspaces, complete with privacy panels and screening designed to fully separate each work area. Private offices offer the ultimate in social distancing, giving you a cozy space of your own. Our meeting rooms are running at a reduced capacity to ensure proper distancing. In common areas, keep at least 6 feet or 2 meters between yourself and others, and follow any directional arrows we may have in place to keep everyone safe.

CLEANING PROCEDURES

Surfaces that are frequently touched will be cleaned by our team throughout the day with a disinfecting product. All touch points are sanitized each night by our amazing team of cleaners in addition to their normal regiment. Workspaces and meeting rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between uses.

HVAC

We have a state-of-the-art HVAC system and raised access floor with underfloor air distribution. This system is designed to deliver fresh, filtered air directly to our occupants. Clean air is pumped into the space continuously via the floor plenum, forcing contaminants to naturally rise where it is then filtered through the sophisticated air tower, and returned to the system as fresh, clean air again.

ILLNESS

There is a zero-tolerance policy for illness at the Langford Business Center. If you have symptoms of any illness, have been in contact with anyone who is ill in the last 14 days, or have travelled outside the country in the last 14 days please stay home and seek medical advice if necessary.
